how do you guys mentally handle coming off after feeling strong, full, and pumped for weeks??? that kind of drop always messes with my head more than anything physical

i try to shift focus away from the mirror and numbers and just stick to routine. Keeps me from spiraling.

sstrength dropping hits my ego, but reminding myself it is temporary helps a lot.
